Certifications: The Group obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2004, later upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2011 and to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018. In the field of occupational health and safety, it obtained OHSAS 18001:2007 certification in 2014, currently upgraded to ISO 45001:2023.
Legal compliance and governance: The companies of Grupo Engco are established in compliance with Mozambican legislation and operate based on internal procedures for governance, audit, internal control and operational monitoring.

Technical and operational resources: Grupo Engco has the capacity to mobilise technical, human, operational and logistical resources according to the nature of the services provided by its companies, including activities in the sectors of engineering, energy, energy efficiency, mobility, trade and specialised services.
Financial management and audit: The Group’s financial management is supported by accountability procedures, internal reporting and periodic audits, contributing to greater control, operational transparency and sustainability of its business activities.
Quality: In the area of quality, the Group adopts procedures aligned with ISO 9001:2015, applicable to the companies covered by the certified management system.
Occupational health and safety: In the area of occupational health and safety, the Group adopts practices aligned with ISO 45001:2023, promoting adequate working conditions, risk prevention and monitoring of operational activities.
Human resources: In terms of human resources, the companies of Grupo Engco maintain labour relations policies in compliance with applicable legislation. Workers are registered with the National Social Security Institute (INSS), benefit from the labour mechanisms provided for under Mozambican law and, where applicable, from medical assistance and other labour protection instruments.
